Petal & Peril

A flower is a promise. A skull is a bluff.

FIRST TO TWO SEALS

The art of a good bluff

Each player starts with three flowers and one skull. Win two successful challenges to win the match, or be the last player with discs.

  1. Everyone places one disc face down. On later turns, place another or start a bid.
  2. A bid promises to reveal that many flowers without hitting a skull. Other players raise or pass. Passing lasts for this round.
  3. The highest bidder flips discs, top first. You must clear your own stack before choosing opponents’ stacks.
  4. Make your bid: earn one seal. Hit a skull: lose a random disc permanently. Losing every disc eliminates you. Here all skull failures use random loss, including your own skull.

Juniper plays cautiously; Marigold bids boldly. They use their own cards and public information only. Your hidden discs stay secret.

Click discs and bid buttons, or Tab and Enter. Undo rewinds to before your last action, including rival replies. A match saves automatically on this device.
